'Tis the Season to be Triggered by family dynamics so, I remind listeners to set yourself up with a lifeline that I call "The Buddy System" to remind you to not let Toxic people ruin your peace of mind. Living your truth, developing your natural gits and talents unapologetically is the true key in this episode. You can't please everyone and it's not your job to.
