How to become unhurried? cooperate culture #36 with Johnnie Moore
In this episode of the cooperate culture podcast, I spoke with Johnnie Moore. Johnnie is a facilitator and team coach. He is the author of the book "Unhurried" and a co-founder of "Creative Facilitation". He has been a visiting tutor on the Oxford Strategic Leadership Programme and a visiting faculty of the Changemakers Leadership Programme at Cambridge University.
With Johnnie, we talked about what it means to be unhurried, how to help others work in a less hurried way, and how our conversations might benefit from adapting the right pace.
At the end of our exchange, both Johnnie and me felt some of this deeply satisfying, sensual experience of human dialogue that AI might not be able to reproduce. If you are curious about how to work and live in a more unhurried, sensitive way, this episode is for you.

How to work in a future of AI? cooperate culture #35 with Dr. Selina Mayer
In this episode of cooperate culture, I spoke with Dr. Selina Mayer. Selina is the Team Lead for leadership and digital technologies at the Hasso Plattner Institute, one of Germany’s leading university and research institutes focused on computer science, digital engineering, and technology innovation.
With Selina, we talked about how AI influences our workplaces, what challenges, but also what potential new technologies bring for leaders and organisations, and how the future of work might look like.
I really enjoyed Selina’s very sharp yet nuanced perspectives on the intersection of leadership, AI and strategic foresight. If you want to hear more about both the risks, but also the possible chances that arise for our workplaces within an AI future, this episode is for you.

Was bedeutet Wertschätzung? cooperate culture #34 mit Martin Hagen
