On this episode of Cop Talk, Kevin Shorty and retired NYPD Sergeant Rory Kappa sit down with Tom Sullivan, a 9/11 survivor, retired U.S. Army Colonel, longtime Army Reserve officer, businessman, and candidate for New York State Assembly District 23.
