The Podcast that has decided to embark on the almost impossible journey of working to get society to a place where critical thinking becomes mainstay and caring for others is a priority.
In this episode we discuss the act of political kamikaze committed by congresswoman Haley Stevens. How this once again exposes the rot of how money in politics can cause someone to willingly destroy their career due to being beholden to donors and corporate money. We also get into how abhorrent it was for her to use black people as a prop and exploit one of our most sacred spaces to do it: the church. Also, Republicans once again prove they are the party of racism and bigotry as we witnessed the most overt racist and Islamophobic ads and rhetoric we have ever seen against Abdul EL-Sayed in Mike Rogers' campaign.

"Held Hostage"
In this 80th episode of Correctly Mistaken, we discuss the recent comments made by the archaic Democrat strategist James Carville. How he would rather have a Republican majority in the House after the midterms, so Hakeem Jeffries won't be "held hostage" by progressives that will be going to congress. Interesting how he doesn't feel that democracy is under threat when progressives have the opportunity to actually work for their constituents in DC, that's when Republican leadership is just fine. Showing clearly that progressives have to not only go against the fascist movement that is the Republican party, but they also have to fight the corruption of their own party that opposes any true progress.

"What about having a Black Speaker?!'
In this episode we discuss the interview Sloppy Steve AKA Steve Bannon did recently with CBS. We get into how wild it is that mainstream media is platforming a fascist in the first place as he says the quiet part out loud on the what the strategy of the Trump Administration was once he got back into office and what it is as a whole. How what we took away from the interview is to expect a lot of nonsense to occur up to and after the midterm elections. Also, if the Democrats are able to take back the majority in the House would it matter to have the first ever Black Speaker of the House if the goal is a push to maintain the status quo?
