Welcome to Cosmic Batter. I am Karla, and I have no idea what is going on… This podcast has been evolving faster than I can keep up - but that is essentially what it’s about. We talk about reality. What is reality really made of? and essentially, I don’t necessarily have any answers for you. Welcome, and enjoy xx
28. Success as a Lived Frequency with Jessie Oshodi
Today we welcome Jessie Oshodi, energy healer and mentor, to discuss Success as a lived frequency and embodiment practice.
Jessie shares her experience working as a professional dancer and being asked to stretch out of alignment to achieve greater 3D success, to the transition of turning inwards and listening to intuitive guidance. How this activated her healing gifts and bringing new meaning to life.
Does frequency focused living work? This podcast episode is tangible evidence - as this powerful conversation was captured organically. We both discuss what Success means to us, the challenges of the journey, and what living in flow looks like on a practical level.
Living with a focus on self-care and nurturing is an important contribution that you can make, not just for yourself, but for the Earth as a whole. We hope you enjoy this episode.

2026 will be the Roughest Year of our Generation, Make Peace with That! ep27
Welcome to 2026! In this episode I am joined by Carly Heath; astrologer, writer, host of The Astrology of Terrible Things podcast and much more.
In 2026 there are some major astrological events that, historically, have caused a bumpy ride. We discuss both the astrology and human design perspective, the significance of 2026 as we say goodbye to the energy of the old world, how to navigate and work with these energies for transformation, and welcoming a new way of being.
Major dates mentioned:
Saturn Neptune conjunct in Aries, February 20th 2026
Mars conjunct Uranus in Gemini, July 4th 2026
In Human Design this is the final year of a 400 year cycle, The Cross of Planning, with a new cycle beginning in 2027, The Cross of Sleeping Phoenix.
We then dive into my personal astrology chart, and I take Carly through her Human Design chart for the first time.
Enjoy!
