🎙️Ep.53: I Got a Cancer diagnoses for my 51st birthday

This week’s episode is different. Two days before my 51st birthday, days before relocating to Spain, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. A few days later, a very close family member was diagnosed with lung cancer that has spread to the brain. The move, the rebuild, the dream of sunshine and beaches: everything changed overnight. In this episode I’m sharing, raw and unpolished, how I’m navigating it. This isn’t a pity party. It’s an honest look at what it means to be a conscious creator when life doesn’t go to plan. 🎙️Ep.52: You are creating it anyway. Do it consciously🪷

You are creating your life with your thoughts, your beliefs, your words and your actions, whether you’re aware of it or not. So why not do it consciously? In this episode I’m sharing how I’m using conscious creation to rebuild my body, my business, my life and my wealth after burning it all down. I’m a few days away from relocating to Spain, and I’ve never felt more upbeat, even without knowing how it will all work out. We talk about: Thanks for listening to Cosmic Glow Up Transformations By Monica S. Rasmussen ! Subscribe for free to receive new podcast episodes every week in your inbox/app. 🔥 Why astrology is not predictive, but a blueprint to consciously create from ✨ The “epidemic” of focusing on everything we don’t want, and what it’s creating in your life ⚠️ How dangerous it is to adopt someone else’s beliefs as your own, whether about fitness, business or what’s possible for you 💪 How I lost over 6 kilos in two months, and why training has felt so easy this time around 🧠 What I’m experimenting with in the gym, from shoulder and back injuries to hip thrusting 152.5 kilos with ease 🙏 Why gratitude only works when you truly feel it, not just think it 🗣️ Why guarding your words matters as much as guarding your thoughts 🌱 Why I stopped giving energy to what annoyed me (hello, Instagram) and started focusing on what lights me up This episode is for you if you’re a soul-led, ambitious, visionary female entrepreneur or speaker who is ready to stop creating by default and start creating on purpose. A note: this is my personal experience, not medical advice. 🎧 Listen now 🔥 Follow the rebuilding journey in real time: Ignite With Monica on YouTube If something hit home, leave a comment below. 🎙️Ep. 51: Reinvention isn`t who you are becoming, it is..

The difference between reinventing yourself and finally being your true self. We throw the word reinvention around a lot. New year, fresh start, new version of yourself. And while that’s all valid — I think most of the time it stays on the surface. Real reinvention? It’s not becoming somebody new. It’s finally stopping being somebody you’re not. In a little over a week, I’m turning 51 and relocating to Spain. I’ve let it all go, intentionally — the relationships, the Instagram, the personal trainer job, the environment I’d been in for six years. And what I’ve discovered on the other side of all that letting go is not a new version of me. It’s me. Finally. Fully. In this episode I’m sharing: Thanks for listening to Cosmic Glow Up Transformations By Monica S. Rasmussen ! Subscribe for free to receive new podcast episodes every week in your inbox/app. * Why reinvention is an inside job — and what it actually feels like when it’s real * How I got in the best shape of my life not by pushing harder, but by finally honoring myself * Why losing yourself in the noise of online spaces is more dangerous than most people realize * The difference between becoming her and remembering who you already are * Why the tighter you grip — people, places, habits, identity — the more you imprison yourself * 🐦🔥 What true freedom feels like on the other side of facing every fear you’ve been avoiding * This episode is for you if you have a soul pull that something needs to change — in your body, your business, your life. And you’re tired of waiting for the right moment. The right moment is now. Not January. Now. Life is too short to keep waiting to become who you already are. 🎧 Listen now 🔥 Follow the full journey in real time: Ignite With Monica on YouTube Monica S.
