Ep 12: Starseed Homesickness (My Galactic Awakening - Part 2)

In Part 1, I never said the word "Starseed" - but that's the foundation of this whole journey. Follow the clues with me as I discovered what a Starseed is and why the Pleiades kept showing up everywhere. Our galactic family - the Pleiadians, Arcturians, Sirians, etc. - they've all worked through their species' core wounds and learned to heal them. Now they're here to support Earth through this transition. Many of us carry memories of those other lifetimes, other civilizations. Maybe that's why you feel a vague homesickness for a place you don't remember. We're built for a different frequency, and that's exactly what Earth needs right now. This is Part 2 of my galactic awakening. ✧ Feel like an alien and want to work with someone who gets it? Ep11: Why I Feel Like an Alien on Earth: My Galactic Awakening (Part 1)

How did I go from materialist corporate worker to someone who channels aliens and believes I carry galactic DNA? It started with a Netflix show. This is the story of my galactic awakening - the Trojan horses that opened my mind (Ancient Apocalypse, Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind), the megalithic sites in Peru that made me question everything I'd been taught, and the lapis lazuli crystal skull with an elongated alien head that found me in a market in Ollantaytambo. But this isn't just about aliens. It's about the Outsider's Blueprint - understanding why some of us feel like we're running galactic software on Earth hardware. Why the neurodivergent, highly sensitive, psychic, traumatized souls might actually be wired for a different frequency. Part 1 of a multi-part series for those who've always felt like they don't quite belong here. ✧ Feel like an alien and want to work with someone who gets it? Ep 10: Raw Dogging Life: My ADHD Discovery at 44 (Part 1)

What happens when you've healed the trauma, left the toxic relationship, quit the corporate job, moved out of the city... and you're STILL struggling with basic adult tasks? For me, it led to discovering ADHD at 44. This episode is about the journey of unmasking, the grief of realizing it didn't have to be this hard, and why self-identifying before diagnosis is an act of sovereignty. This is part 1, the journey before diagnosis. ✧ Want support through major life transitions? Ep9: Shadow Work! (why love & light isn’t enough)

“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” - Carl Jung Shadow work isn’t glamorous, but it’s one of the most powerful tools we have for real transformation. In this episode, I explore what shadow work actually is, why it’s so hard to see our own shadow, and how unintegrated parts of ourselves quietly run our lives from the background. Drawing on Carl Jung, lived experience, and client work, I share practical ways shadow shows up, how to work with it safely, and why integrating shadow leads to liberation, sovereignty, and wholeness. ✧ Want support exploring Shadow Work? Ep8: A Real-Time Inner Child Process

This episode unfolds live and includes a real-time inner child process. When I began recording, I felt flat and unmotivated, in the middle of a long stretch of solo parenting during the school holidays, and part of me didn’t want to show up at all. I recorded anyway, and that decision opened a new pathway. You’ll hear how I work through what’s present in real time, allowing the process to unfold. What emerges is a surprising inner child experience and the shift that happens when we listen inward instead of pushing through. ✧ Want one of the tools I use every day? 👉 Click here for the FREE Clarity Compass Course (https://offers.earthskyactivation.com/clarity-compass) ✧ Need support connecting with your Inner Child? Ep 7: Coming home to Safety

For most of my life, I thought I felt safe. What I didn’t realise was that what I was living with was actually a nervous system in constant threat, with moments of relief. I didn’t know what true safety felt like. In this episode, I explore how early experiences, trauma and chronic hypervigilance shaped my relationship to safety. And why insight and talk therapy alone were never enough to create lasting change. This is the path that led me back into my body through somatic healing, deep rest and working with plant medicine in Peru. This process fundamentally changed how I live, relate, and serve. This is a reflection on safety as an embodied state, not a concept, and why learning to create it within ourselves is foundational for healing, clarity and holding safe space for others. ✧ Want to tune into what Safety really feels like in your body? 👉 Click here for the FREE Clarity Compass Course (https://offers.earthskyactivation.com/clarity-compass) ✧ Need support creating a safe sanctuary within and around you? Ep6: The Outsider’s Blueprint

For most of my life, I felt like an outsider. Like I was missing some essential instruction manual for being human. In this episode, I explore the long journey of trying to belong by becoming more like everyone else, and the moment I realised that the belonging I was searching for could only come from discovering who I actually am. I share how growing up with abandonment, isolation and a sensitive nervous system shaped my strategies for earning connection, from achievement and people pleasing to staying too long in misaligned relationships, work and spiritual spaces. I reflect on the shame of feeling “defective,” the relief of understanding myself through frameworks like trauma, neurodivergence and intuition, and why none of those labels fully captured my experience. This is an exploration of the outsider experience, the deep homesickness many of us carry, and what happens when we stop asking “What’s wrong with me?” and start asking “Who am I?” If you’ve never quite fit into the boxes available, this episode is an invitation to consider that your difference may be part of your original blueprint, and that belonging doesn’t come from fitting in, but from belonging fully to yourself. And perhaps the Outsider Blueprint is the key to unlocking your unique magic in this world. ✧ Want to get to know yourself better? 👉 Click here for the FREE Clarity Compass Course (https://offers.earthskyactivation.com/clarity-compass) ✧ Need support understanding your Blueprint? Ep 5: Closing Tabs: Reclaiming Your Energy and Sovereignty

This is a tender and honest episode about energy, relationships and learning how to ‘close the tabs’ in your life that are quietly draining you. I share how the Cosmic Scavenger Hunt has shown me where my energy has been leaking through unfinished decisions, misaligned friendships, looping thoughts and situations that no longer fit the person I’ve become. Using the metaphor of browser tabs left open, we explore how so much of our life force gets consumed by revisiting things we haven’t been willing to get honest about. I talk openly about friendships, group dynamics and relationships that were aligned for a season but no longer are, the fear of becoming the villain in someone else’s story and the courage it takes to take responsibility for your own energy. I also share how closing tabs has become a powerful rite of passage in reclaiming sovereignty and creating coherence across all areas of life. This episode is an invitation to tune into your inner knowing and gently but bravely assess what’s still aligned, what needs renegotiating and what may be ready to be released so you can move forward with more clarity and freedom. ✧ Want to know which tabs to close? 👉 Click here for the FREE Clarity Compass Course (https://offers.earthskyactivation.com/clarity-compass) ✧ Need support closing tabs? Ep4: The Year I Stopped Living Between Worlds

2025 was the year I brought all of the parts of my life into alignment. For a long time, I had been living fragmented between worlds. I had one foot in my old identity, one foot in the new. In 2025, that split finally resolved. In this episode, I share the initiations and turning points that allowed me to stop compartmentalising my life and bring everything, motherhood, mission, work and self, into one integrated whole. It’s a story of shedding what could no longer come with me and trusting the clues leading me home to myself (including the creation of this podcast). Nothing I moved through in 2025 was random. I didn’t always know where it was taking me, but I trusted the reorganisation as it unfolded. And I sense there are clues for you too. As I step into 2026, I feel more safe, more secure and more whole than I ever have. Not because everything is perfect, but because my life is more coherent. If something in this episode stirs something within you, listen to that. ✧ Ready to confidently follow your own clues in 2026? 👉 Click here for the FREE Clarity Compass Course (https://offers.earthskyactivation.com/clarity-compass) ✧ If you’re ready to jump timelines with support, explore my offerings at earthskyactivation.com (https://www.earthskyactivation.com/) or Instagram: @earthskyactivation (https://www.instagram.com/earthskyactivation/) ✧ And please reach out - I'd love to hear from you! Ep3: Stop Outsourcing Your Knowing

Welcome to Episode 3 of the Cosmic Scavenger Hunt podcast. In this episode, I’m sharing the Clarity Compass, a life-changing tool I use with my clients and in my own life to navigate decisions, alignment and direction without outsourcing my knowing. This is the internal guidance system we’re all born with, but many of us lose touch with through conditioning, trauma, people pleasing and living from our heads instead of our bodies. Reconnecting with it has completely changed how I move through the world, and I’m really excited to share it with you. I weave in personal stories and everyday examples to show how simple and practical this can be, and how you can start listening to your own inner compass right away. Ep 2: A Framework for the Rebirth (The Great Transition Part 2)

Welcome to Episode 2 of the Cosmic Scavenger Hunt podcast. This episode continues the exploration of the Great Transition and offers a framework for understanding what’s happening as we move through this period of collective and personal rebirth. As humanity transitions from 3rd density consciousness into 4th density consciousness, many people are experiencing confusion, intensity and a sense that old ways of being no longer work. Without context, this phase can feel overwhelming or destabilising. In this episode, I share a Transition Framework I’ve developed by synthesising mystery school teachings, including the Sirian Formula, alongside an embodiment framework that has been validated through my own lived experience and through working with clients. This framework helps identify common points of friction on the awakening path and offers a way to move through paradox, release density and stay oriented during change. If you’re sensing that something fundamental is shifting and you’re looking for a grounded way to navigate it, this episode offers clarity and perspective. ✧ Want a great tool to navigate the Transition? Ep1: The Great Transition

Welcome to Episode 1 of the Cosmic Scavenger Hunt podcast. The trailer introduces the scavenger hunt itself and this episode dives straight into why it matters right now. Something big has been moving through the collective and through me since the September eclipses. In this episode I share the transmission that’s been coming through about what it means for Earth and humanity to move from 3rd Density to 4th Density consciousness, how density clears during times of transition and how to create your own Transition Sanctuary as the world around us changes. We explore the role of those on a mission (Starseeds, lightworkers...) in this first wave, the medicine of cutting cords and the courage it takes to fully live your mission in these times.
