You've done the retreats, the detoxes, the healing, so why are you still exhausted? Harvard-trained scholar Ekram Ibrahim; Egyptian-born, New York based, raised in religion and remade by everything after, decodes the temple teachings, myths, and cosmology of ancient Egypt from the inside: the source wellness culture only borrows from. Part confession, part transmission, teachings you won't find in the feed. For women rebuilding on their own terms : in love, work, body, and belief, and anyone between the faith they were given and the spirit they're still finding.
In the Kemetic calendar, Leo belongs to Horus ; the falcon and the solar eye.

The People Who Healed Me Were Not Spiritual
For years, I believed spiritual people were safer to love.
I built friendships, relationships, and community around the idea of being “on the path.” I quietly distanced myself from people who felt too grounded, too practical, too religious, or too connected to ordinary life. I thought they would never truly understand me, or that they would judge the way I saw the world.
But over time, something unexpected started happening.
I found myself deeply drawn to people who were more connected to real life than spiritual identity. Family members, old friends, grounded partners, and people who would probably never describe themselves as “spiritual” slowly brought me back to my body, my heart, and my humanity.
In this episode, I am actually confessing my poor judgment and how friends and family helped me see a different perspective. I speak about spiritual superiority, judgment, healing, family, grief, and the difference between spirituality and purity of heart.
Sometimes the people we believe are “less evolved” are the very people sent to return us to the heart.

Taurus Season Energy through an Egyptian Lens
Taurus season has always belonged to Hathor, the ancient Egyptian Neter of love, beauty, sacred sound, and erotic intelligence. But this year, something unprecedented is happening in her season: Uranus, the Great Awakener, leaves Taurus after seven years and enters Gemini on April 25th, for the first time since 1941 inaugurating a seven-year revolution in how we love, how we communicate, and what we are actually attracted to. In this episode Ekram explores what we are calling the New Erotic Blueprint: the shift from need-based relating (who makes me feel safe and provided for — the Uranus in Taurus wound) to values-based relating (do I genuinely recognize you , the Uranus in Gemini frequency). She goes into Hathor's ancient temple teaching that the Throat and erotic desire are governed by the same Neter, because voice and sexuality are the same instrument in the body , and what that means for how you love and how you speak. If you felt something shift between July and November 2025 , in your attractions, your conversations, what felt hollow versus resonant , that was the preview. Now it is here to stay.
