"Your Vote: For God’s Truth or Against It?"

Evil isn’t hiding anymore. It’s out in the open, in our classrooms, our culture, and our public square. And it’s counting on Christians to stay silent. Will you stay silent? Courage has never meant the absence of opposition. Courage is standing firm in the truth of God when the world pushes back the hardest. It’s what Dietrich Bonhoeffer did while much of the church in Germany stayed silent. And it’s what God asks of every Christian man today. In this episode of “Courageous Christianity with Richard Mendelow,” Colonel Richard J. Mendelow (Ret) and his wingman, Christy Mendelow, take on the clash between good and evil playing out across this nation and what it asks of those who follow Christ as we head to the polls on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. What you stand for matters. What you stand against matters. Both tell the world whom you serve. Is your faith with you everywhere you go, or only in the places where it’s comfortable? Christians are not victims. We are victors, redeemed by Christ and walking in the power of the Holy Spirit. We don’t have to fear evil, because God is with us. Joshua 24:15 calls each of us to choose this day whom we will serve. “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” Will you? On November 3, 2026, your vote will stand for the truth of God or against it. If you don’t vote, you hand the future of your family and this nation to someone else. Vote, and let Scripture guide every choice on your ballot. Available now at CourageousChristianity.today/listen (https://courageouschristianity.today/listen/) and on KKHT.com (https://kkht.com/podcasts/courageous-christianity), iHeart Radio, or on select podcast platforms. You’ll walk into the voting booth with clarity, conviction, and confidence that your faith belongs there. Listen Listen before you vote, then share it with someone who needs to hear it. "The Battle for the Classroom: Why This Election Matters to Every Christian"

Fifteen people on the Texas State Board of Education are the gatekeepers for what 5.5 million Texas schoolchildren learn. Do you know who they are? Kason Huddleston, running for one of those seats in District 9, joins Colonel Richard J. Mendelow (Ret) and his wingman Christy Mendelow in this episode of “Courageous Christianity with Richard Mendelow.” Kason has been at every State Board of Education meeting for the last year. What’s being argued over in those meetings will surprise you, from the Alamo to 9/11. And getting the Bible into Texas classrooms? That came down to one vote. With the 2026 midterms days away and early voting underway, every Christian parent and grandparent needs to hear this before heading to the polls. As Kason puts it, “If we don’t teach our children the truth, somebody else will teach them a lie.” Do you know what your children and grandchildren are being taught? And Colonel Mendelow makes the case that no Christian can afford to sit out this election. Will you? Listen now, before you cast your vote. "The Legacy Your Vote Leaves Behind"

When you vote this November, whose future are you voting for? Yours, or your children’s? Too many of us vote with gas prices and retirement accounts in mind. But our kids will live with what we decide long after those numbers change. And right now, they’re struggling. Nearly 40% of high school students say they feel sad or hopeless most of the time. Who’s been shaping their world? Social media. Classrooms that push an agenda. Politicians who don’t share our values. Too often, we’ve let them. In this episode of “Courageous Christianity with Richard Mendelow,” host Colonel Richard J. Mendelow (Ret) and his wingman Christy Mendelow talk about the legacy every Christian leaves behind. It’s more than money. It’s faith. It’s character. It’s the world your children will inherit. As a Marine officer, Colonel Mendelow pushed his Marines hard because he cared enough to get them ready for combat. Are you getting your kids ready for the world they’ll face? And are you using your vote to make that world better? Many Christians vote for president, then skip the names they don’t know at the bottom of the ballot. School board. Judges. County commissioners. Some races are won by a few hundred votes, and they decide what your kids learn. Who’s filling those seats while you skip them? Not voting is still a vote. What will yours say about the future you want for your kids? “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6 Listen now, then go vote like your children’s future depends on it. It does.
