Courageous Possibilities

About Courageous Possibilities

Here at Courageous Possibilities, Jo Gillard, (Possibility Coach & Visionary) will be asking what else is possible across all realms of life. Wondering, what we could create if we activate the love frequency, align our beings to life-force energy, connect to soul-aligned guidance, and tap into the realms of imagination. These ideas, and self-awareness, are not only for our personal growth but invite us to explore through our connections, how we can expand into new visions of what is possible, and what magic could we begin co-creating in our communities to see more love ripple out to the world.

Episode 15 : Codes of Abundance with Eos Koch

Today’s conversation with Eos Koch concerns abundance, whole exploring the podcast themes of courage, possibilities and imagining what futures for humanity might be possible. Eos guides us through ideas around how many aspects ofsociety are built around scarcity, and as our default, tend to be what naturally feels comfortable. Why abundance feels scary in our systems, yet comfortable, as it is often a mindset we adopted early in life. Exploring why ‘too much’, needing more, or neverenough are from scarcity, and aren't truly the abundance frequency. We take the time to feel being in the river of abundance, feeling the frequency and the expansion. Including a discussion around how we can learn the sensations of abundance and use it as an inner compass. Imagine how the world might be if we all could come into thefrequency of abundance, when two people meet, the frequency multiplies. How do the things we see around us, places where the collective unconscious isn’t in the frequency of abundance, knock us out of our frequency? Unlocks a layer of your true essence, opening movement, transformation and healing. Eos invites us to ask ourselves, how much do we trustourselves to be a steward of money? Can we cocreate more abundance frequency stewards of money, by finding and growing the frequency within? May this conversation allow you to access and explore your own Abundance Codes. Episode 5 : Navigating the Void

What happens when our lives get disrupted? By disruption, I'm referring to an experience that happens that changes the story of who we are and the life we thought we were living so fundamentally that we get lost for a while. This lost, liminal space where you aren't who you were anymore, but you are not yet who you will be next is known as the void. Disruptions can be conscious and intentional, but they are often unexpected, unplanned, or come out of nowhere. As I am here in devotion to your eternal becoming, I am confident you will navigate a void. In this episode, I am sharing some ideas to support you if you find yourself lost. Credit - the language of disruption, void, expansion is from a coaching certification I am doing with Karen Curry Parker at Quantum Human Design.

Episode 2 : To be or not to be... ENOUGH

What enoughness stories are limiting the way you get to show up in the world? Those inner voices often start around Not HAVING Enough or Not DOING Enough, but so often then they get mean and it becomes about NOT BEING Enough. In this episode, I hope you hear truth in my message that you can never NOT be enough. There is only one, beautiful, incredible, miracle that is YOU. Please stop comparing yourself to someone, somewhere, something that you are not & just BE YOU. Accept you, love you, and enjoy this human ride of being YOU. I had a lot to say in this episode and could have gone on much longer as this topic is close to my heart... but aligning with the theme of the episode - I had to let this be ENOUGH.
