Ep14: The Ammons Demon House
In 2012, a nurse and a CPS caseworker watched something they couldn't explain, and then they had to write it up in an official government report.
This week, Aaron walks Jessica through one of the most documented demon cases in modern history: a single mom, her mother, and three kids move into a rental house in Gary, Indiana. Within weeks, the strange happenings start, and they don't slow down. Police, doctors, clergy, and child services all get pulled in, and nobody walks away with an easy answer.
Aaron had to stop researching this one at night. You may want to listen with the lights on.

EP12: Part I: Flat Earth
In this episode of Cozy and Strange, Aaron and Jessica unpack and test common flat Earth arguments against established science. They begin by examining why we do not feel the Earth's rotation, explaining how human physiology reacts to acceleration rather than constant velocity. Moving to the horizon, they discuss atmospheric refraction, the scale of Earth's curvature, and the historic Bedford Level Experiment. The duo also tackle popular claims about water surface tension, zooming in on ships past the horizon, global flight paths, and composite NASA imagery. Finally, they address the Antarctic "ice wall," real-world phenomena like laser gyroscope tests and southern hemisphere star trails, and the conspiracy theories surrounding Operation Fishbowl.
