Having fallen into the journaling habit during lockdown, Ian discovered the practice of journaling was a great creative outlet for recording ideas, emotions and the simple joys of everyday life. Knowing the beneficial impact journal keeping can have on mental health from personal experience, he hopes to encourage others into exploring this useful tool to express and reflect.</p><p><br></p><p>Ian hosts a monthly Journal Club at Hunter Paper Co, Northern Ireland’s leading independent stationery store. A university lecturer by day and a dedicated planner and journal enthusiast by night, she has a passion for analogue pursuits.</p><p>With over two decades of professional experience in event management bringing corporate client briefs to life, Bex transitioned her career to follow her own vision, founding PlannerFest in 2019.
