Most people hit a wall and try to push harder. More strategy, more willpower, more hustle. But what if the thing holding you back isn't something you can think your way through?
I'm Edmund Lee — Board Certified Alphabioticist, NLP Master Practitioner, and holistic performance specialist in Orange County. On this show, I dig into the stuff most people don't talk about: the subconscious patterns running on autopilot, the stress your body won't let go of, and what it actually takes to break through.
Some episodes are just me going deep. Others are conversations with healers, entrepreneurs, and real people who've done the work.
I kept my paw on the nail. Here's when I finally moved it
I've been traveling a lot this past year. Dallas every month since February. New Orleans. Chicago.
Every trip taught me something. But one lesson kept showing up—something I had to learn over and over again.
The same event can crush one person and propel another forward. I used to wonder what made the difference. Then I figured it out.
When I was in my 30s, a coworker called me "grandpa." I could barely move. That moment became my wake-up call.
It reminded me of something about pain and why we stay stuck in it longer than we need to.
What I understand now about how the brain works—I wish I knew back then.
Stick around till the end for an important announcement about the podcast.
Highlights of This Episode:
- The one lesson that kept showing up this year
- What happened when a teacher made me sit and breathe
- Why the same event crushes one person and propels another
- The dog on the nail: When pain becomes the catalyst

A Conversation with My Team: What They Share About Their Journey
Rachelle's been with me for 13 years. She calls this my fourth evolution.
She shared something that surprised me: vision, passion, and purpose—three words from 2013—shaped her entire career. She's carried them for 15 years.
Rachelle said back then, I pushed them beyond their comfort zones. Strict timelines. Systems for everything. It drove her crazy, but she also said it was fun.
Then 2014. I shut down the online business. She called it her first work heartbreak.
Six years of silence. When we reconnected, team members came back. They'd each grown into experts.
Nix, who joined us a year ago, shared what stands out: watching what I teach actually practiced.
This conversation revealed something I didn't fully see back then.
Highlights of This Episode:
- What Rachelle means by my "fourth evolution"
- The three words Rachelle carried for 15 years
- How Rachelle describes being pushed beyond comfort zones
- The 2014 shutdown and six years of separate growth
- What this conversation revealed about leadership

The Opportunity I Almost Ignored That Changed My Life
I almost said no. For an entire year, I ignored the voice telling me to reach out to a connection. I made excuses. I was busy. I wasn't sure.
Most people think you need certainty before you commit. But what if I told you that sometimes the best decisions in your life start with uncertainty?
When I finally reached out, I still wasn't sure. I just knew I missed something – that face-to-face connection, seeing real transformation happen right in front of me, not through a screen.
But then something shifted. Something I didn't expect. And suddenly, I knew exactly where I was supposed to be.
Turns out, you don't need to see the whole staircase. You just need to take the first step.
Highlights of This Episode:
- Introduction
- The nudge I ignored for an entire year (and why I finally listened)
- Why I started Alphabiotics without certainty or passion
- How training in Dallas and traveling the US shifted something in me
- The moment I knew this was exactly where I'm supposed to
