About Creating Flow

At 26, Joni Francisco was faced with endometriosis and the daunting prospect of a hysterectomy. Rather than follow the advice of mainstream medicine, she embarked on a quest for alternative healing. This led her to acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, and the Paleo diet. She embraced a life rich in natural foods and healing practices and now she’s here to help you do the same. Joni, armed with a doctorate in physical therapy and expertise as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Reiki Master, dives deep into the realms of natural medicine, holistic healing, and personal transformation. This podcast is a sanctuary for helpers and healers who find themselves drained by their physical and spiritual struggles.
