Say It Right: Client Communication That Builds Your Reputation
A talented creative lost three weeks of unpaid work not because their skill was the problem, but because of one vague WhatsApp brief and a question they never asked.
In this episode, Elijah breaks down the Communication Stack, six stages every client relationship should move through, from the first inquiry to the final follow-up.
The creatives who never have to look for work aren't always the most talented in the room. They're the most reliable. This episode shows you exactly how to become that person.

The Price is Right: How to Charge What You're Worth
You've lowered your price when you shouldn't have. You've said yes to a budget that made you resent the project halfway through. And somewhere in the back of your mind, you've wondered if you'll ever feel confident enough to charge what your work is actually worth.
This episode is the answer to that question.
Elijah breaks down the Cost + Value + Market framework a simple, three-part system for building a rate that makes sense for your skill, your market, and your life. We walk through real UGX numbers, explain why the three-tier pricing system changes every client conversation, and go deep on the psychology that keeps creatives undercharging even when they know better.
Plus, the exact script to use the next time a client asks for a discount. Word for word.
If you've ever sent a quote and immediately wished you'd charged more, this one is for you.

Why talented creatives stay broke
Here it is:
Why talented creatives stay broke!!!
You know creatives who are genuinely exceptional at what they do and still struggling financially. This episode is about why.
It's not the economy. It's not the market. It's not bad luck. It's the gap between being good at your craft and being professional in your business and most creatives don't even know the gap exists.
In this episode we break down the three professional gaps that keep talented creatives stuck: the pricing gap, the communication gap, and the systems gap. And we talk about what it actually looks like to close them practically, in an Ugandan creative context.
The show built for creatives who are done being talented and broke.
