Stop Giving Your Power Away
How often do you look outside yourself for an answer you already have inside you?
In this episode, I’m talking about our inner power and how easily we give it away when we constantly look to other people, Google, AI, or anyone else for the answers.
We’ve been conditioned from an early age to believe that when we have a question, the answer must come from somewhere outside of us. But what happens when we start trusting our own inner guidance instead?
I share what I’ve been noticing in my own life, why I’ve been doubting answers I already knew, and how those little intuitive nudges can help us rebuild trust in ourselves.
From ordering peppermint tea instead of my usual latte to following those seemingly random impulses to go somewhere or do something, I talk about how we can start practising listening to ourselves in the smallest ways.
Because you are the source. You are the main character of your life. And nobody knows you better than you.
At the end of the episode, I also guide you through a simple practice to quiet the noise and listen to what comes from within.
