I was going against like 300 pound division one lineman dudes and hanging with them with that. The backhand is probably the most complex one I've come across. Complex and hardest to perform. For people that learn it young, it's not that way because their body develops form very naturally. But for people that are learning backhand technique later in life, it is so complex. There's so many moving parts.
