EP18 不負責的當媽媽後身材走山對策!減重很難成功、同志仍需努力!
<p>雖然疫情當前,大家都繃緊神經 <br />但在努力防疫的同時, <br />不要忘記維持住自己的健康也是很重要的 <br /> <br />回顧我從結婚到現在胖了9公斤 <br />這紮實的肉肉在我身上流連忘返不肯離去,不知道媽媽們有跟我一樣的困擾嗎? <br /> <br />所以乾脆來分享家庭主婦能做的控制身形對策! <br />1。買菜接小孩多走路 <br />但要儲備體力帶小孩,所以不能走太遠太久~不然沒力追小孩就gg了 <br /> <br />2。在家趁孩子睡了或乾脆帶孩子一起運動 <br />YouTube上面很多影片能跟著做 <br />我選做Tabata 或hiit 等高強度間歇運動,能比較節省時間並且後續持續燃燒脂肪 <br />不過高強度一開始不要太勉強,累了做不了就休息,循序漸進的動一動就好 <br /> <br />3。有時間(放風)的話就去跑步或健身房運動 <br />但我還要做家事無法去跑步哈哈 <br /> <br />4。做家事忙到不行還是不會瘦 <br />因為是勞動! <br />但我發現掃地拖地完身體已經開始發熱再去做運動好像還不錯 <br /> <br />5。飲食控制 <br />我都一直吃菜尾、顧孩子苦悶的心需要奶茶撫慰這些。鞥都好容易發胖 <br />所以現在菜尾留到隔天中午吃、進行晚上8點後不吃東西減少熱量攝取 <br /> <br />6。開闊的心、健康就好 <br />有時間的話多動一動維持健康就很好,要愛自己的每個階段 <br /> <br />7。與其羨慕別人ig上的照片 <br />今天開始就可以運動或控制飲食了 <br />gogogo!出發! <br /> <br />減肥實在很難成功 <br />媽媽我會繼續努力 <br />為了健康、為了自己喜歡的樣貌而努力! <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me">Firstory Hosting</a></p>

EP17 聽起來可怕但卻是良性疾病的「小兒熱筋攣」經驗和處理方式分享 feat.我家哥哥
<p>這週剛好哥哥生病在家休息,想跟大家來聊關於家長們碰到都會非常緊張的「小兒熱筋攣」 <br /> <br />我們家哥哥從3歲開始第一次熱筋攣,到目前已經有過4次,其實分享這個經驗時,我一直內心浮現滿滿的心疼 <br />一個才6歲多的孩子已經經歷了好幾次的熱筋攣 <br />但真的遇到了,我們要冷靜沈著的應對,好好幫他調養和注意 <br />因為真的不知道下一次什麼時候會再發作 <br /> <br />熱筋攣通常是發燒時,因為體溫上升太快所造成腦部不正常的放電,就會引起像「當機」一般,伴隨抽搐等症狀 <br /> <br />上網爬文看到醫生的文章寫「熱筋攣通常是良性的疾病」 <br />其中很大的原因來自遺傳體質,所以家有幼兒的爸媽不妨問看看家中長輩,自己小時候或兄弟姐妹們有沒有曾經發燒暈倒或抽搐的經驗,如果有,就要更注意孩子在發燒期間的身體狀況 <br /> <br />熱筋攣發作時的緊急處理方式!!! <br />1。把四周地板東西移開,找到空曠平坦的地方 <br /> <br />確保孩子在抽搐時不被其他物品撞到刺到 <br /> <br />2。把正在抽搐的孩子放「側躺姿勢」 <br /> <br />這個姿勢又稱復甦姿勢,能讓孩子口吐白沫時不被自己的口水嗆傷嗆到 <br />(千萬不可以在嘴巴內塞任何東西,有可能會堵住呼吸道而窒息!!!) <br /> <br />3。觀察孩子抽搐的時間、抽搐的手腳是否對稱抽還是單手單腳抽 <br />(時間指抽搐了幾分鐘,通常5分鐘以內會停止,不管抽了幾分鐘和手腳如何抽搐,必須要如實以告醫生做判斷) <br /> <br />如果身邊有兩個人,也可以一位錄影拍起來給醫生看,我有錄影給醫生看他能立刻判讀是全身性抽搐等等 <br /> <br />4。抽搐完立刻送急診觀察 <br /> <br />5。注意自熱筋攣後24小時內是否再次熱筋攣 <br /> <br />熱筋攣會消耗孩子非常大的能量,所以通常抽搐完會有一段無意識的時間,眼睛無神喊叫沒反應,直接衝急診就對了 <br />再慢慢等他們意識恢復,可能熱筋攣完會非常疲憊,多休息多補充水分 <br /> <br />最後,熱筋攣有分 <br />1。單純型熱筋攣 <br />2。複雜型熱筋攣 <br />請依照孩子發生的狀況跟醫生說明,讓醫生判斷是哪種熱筋攣 <br /> <br />更專業的熱筋攣資訊請見以下(拜讀N次非常受用) <br />黃瑽寧醫生所寫:熱筋攣的處理 <br />https://www.parenting.com.tw/article/5062247 <br /> <br />黑眼圈奶爸Dr.徐佳賢醫生所寫: <br />一分鐘看熱筋攣,父母不再嚇壞 <br />https://youtu.be/YnNkgd8ucII <br /> <br />祝福每個孩子都不要遇到 <br />遇到時我們冷靜以對 <br /> <br />親愛的寶貝們,我們陪你一起加油 <br />健康平安快樂的長大(手比愛心) <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me">Firstory Hosting</a></p>
