[…] And she said that, you know, she doesn't think Minnesota has more water towers than other states. She thinks part of it might be that the state has fewer elevation changes, and so they're more visible. And then the other thing that she pointed out is States like Colorado, where Kathleen lived for many years, has more elevation changes, and so they're more likely to use the groundwater storage tanks, which aren't visible typically when you're driving.
