   3 REASONS WHY YOU TAKE PEOPLE'S OPINIONS TOO SERIOUSLY - AND 3 WAYS TO STOP THAT [RE-RELEASE]

   As I sit here in the final throes of editing my upcoming book, I’m worried what you’ll think if I don’t give you another podcast this week. That’s when I thought this is the perfect episode to re-release … Why do other people’s opinions about you matter so much to you? Or, well, to us? (Because you’re not the only one.) Why do we need to define our self-image through others people’s eyes? Someone says you have a big nose, and suddenly, “I have a big nose.” Someone calls you stupid, and suddenly, “I’m stupid.” You’ve lived with yourself your entire life. Shouldn’t you know who you are?    HOW TO TRICK YOURSELF INTO SUCCEEDING

   Don’t think. If you’re hesitating to text - text. If you’re hesitating to call - call. If you’re hesitating to take that leap of faith - leap. Nope.
