Day 276 - Matthew 2
<p>From the very beginning, Jesus’ arrival demands a response. While the Magi travel from afar and joyfully worship Him as King, Herod reacts with fear and violent resistance, revealing the clash between God’s kingdom and the kingdoms of this world. Even in the midst of darkness and suffering, God is faithfully fulfilling His promises, guiding every step according to His plan. Day 274 - Luke 1 and John 1
<p>Today marks the turning point of the entire Bible as we step into the New Testament and begin the story of Jesus. Luke anchors us in real history as the angel Gabriel announces the births of John the Baptist and Jesus, showing that God’s long silence is finally breaking. At the same time, John lifts our eyes beyond history into eternity, revealing that this child is no ordinary man, but the eternal Word who was with God and is God, now come in the flesh. The promises of the Old Testament are no longer distant hopes, they are becoming a person.
