<p>We doen elke middag een stand up met het team. Da’s een korte vergadering, en zoals de naam al doet vermoeden, die je staand voert. Toen ik nog lesgaf was dat iets wat mij begon tegen te steken aan het onderwijs; de vele lange vergaderingen waar uiteindelijk naar mijn gevoel te traag van iets in gang werd gezet. En nu proberen we het dus anders te doen… Het heeft een enorm positief effect op ons teamgevoel!</p>

<p>Meditatie hoeft geen rigide oefening te zijn.</p> <p>Je kunt het in je leven opnemen op elke manier die werkt, of je nu zit, loopt of zelfs huishoudelijke taken doet!</p> <p>In de meditatie van vandaag veranker je je in het lichaam zoals je nu bent. Het zal een oefening worden om voldoende te vertragen om op een plaats van diep bewustzijn te komen.</p>
