Courts and Legal Reporter Zach Schonfeld joins Drew Petrimoulx to discuss the latest in the case against suspected UnitedHealthcare CEO killer Luigi Mangione, after Attorney General Pam Bondi directs the DOJ to seek the death penalty. Speaker Mike Johnson says 'activist' judges pushing back on President Trump's executive orders are ultimately causing a 'constitutional crisis'. A judge blocked the President's bid to end temporary protected status for hundreds of thousands of Venezuelan immigrants, as the White House admits one of the deportees they sent to the notorious mega prison in El Salvador last month was in the U.S. legally and had protected legal status. The hill's National Political Reporter Julia Manchester has the latest on voters in Wisconsin and Florida heading back to the polls today in the first major election since Donald Trump and the Republicans swept back into power last November. On the ballot in Florida are two house seats both won handily by Republicans in November and both vacated by Trump appointees: Former Attorney General pick Matt Gaetz, and National Security Advisor Mike Waltz. In Wisconsin, voters will fill a seat on the State Supreme Court and decide its ideological direction for years. The Trump Administration calls it 'Liberation Day', but some experts fear this move will only make inflation worse. White House Reporter Brett Samuels joins Drew Petrimoulx to discuss the sweeping tariffs the U.S. is set to impose on foreign imports on Wednesday. New Jersey Senator Cory Booker continues his marathon speech today, railing against President Trump, Congressional Republicans and Elon Musk. Senate Majority leader John Thune aims to get a budget proposal to the floor this week, while President Trump and Senator Lindsay Graham fuel the fire on a Trump third term despite the Constitution being clear it can not be done. Harvard University under intense scrutiny as the Trump administration threatens to cut nearly $9-billion dollars in Federal funding , accusing the school of failing to address antisemitism on campus.
