Wherever you're at in your faith journey, God invites you to spend time in a dialogue called 'prayer.' As with any relationship, our relationship with God is enriched by listening and speaking. But for most of us, communicating with God can be challenging, intimidating, or just plain mystifying. At Kindred Church, we want to help! Periodically, we offer guided daily prayers and devotions that can help you speak and listen to God. We hope this resource is helpful and that it inspires you to take the next step in your response to God's unconditional love. For more info about Kindred Church, worship times and links, etc., see our website: https://kindrednc.church/
During the season of Lent 2023, many in the Kindred community are praying through Kate Bowler's devotional book, 'Good Enough.' Once a week during Lent, Kindred Care Team members Lianne MacGregor and Minoka Yonts will share a conversation about the previous week's readings, what stood out to them personally, and in what ways they see themes from the devotionals resonating with the ministry of Kindred Church. So subscribe to this podcast and listen along with us. We hope these conversations will enrich your own reflections on the devotional readings and encourage you in your prayers!
