Grease an 8-inch (20cm) square baking pan with butter.</p> </li> <li> <p>In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, powdered sugar, and salt.</p> </li> <li> <p>Using an electric mixer, beat the butter until light and fluffy.</p> </li> <li> <p>Add the flour mixture to the butter and beat until a dough forms.</p> </li> <li> <p>Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.</p> </li> <li> <p>Bake for 18-20 minutes or until lightly golden brown.</p> </li> <li> <p>While the crust is baking, make the lemon filling.
