Craig Whitney & Estefanía Bonilla Hernandez - The Red Note
<p>This week, we have Craig Whitney and Estefanía Bonilla Hernandez, creators of The Red Note! </p><p><br></p><p>Craig Whitney is the writer-director of The Red Note podcasts. His short film, The Garden and the Wilderness, was named one of 2013’s best Texas shorts by the Houston Film Commission’s prestigious Texas Filmmakers Showcase. Craig produced and directed the feature-length concert film Miranda Cosgrove: Live In Dallas, filmed music videos for artists including The Chicks’ Natalie Maines, and has directed and produced numerous stage plays.</p><p><br></p><p>Estefanía Bonilla Hernandez started her film career in 2016 as POC in Transformers 5, Cuba Unit and MGM’s Everything Everything, Mexico Unit in collaboration with the production houses Art In Motion. As a freelancer, she has been involved in the production team for TÓTEM, by Lila Avilés, Where the Tracks End by Ernesto Contreras, Almost Paradise by Edgar San Juan and Un Retrato de Familia by Adrián Zurita, this last one as Director of Production. Nowadays, is Co-CEO of the production house Blue Guitar; where she became Lead Producer for the podcast The Red Note, presented by Lydia Cacho -Nominated for Best Podcast in Spanish in the IHeart Radio Podcast Awards in 2021-.
