Dedicated to Phillip K. Dick
(Long version: Memories! concerns the imprint of the human soul on the quantum world - including memories. After the 'heat death' of the universe, when all energy and matter has expended itself, all that remains will be the imprints . . . entangled and extended forever in the infinite void . . . until chance or randomness or the rebirth of entropy brings them together again. And as for Phillip K. Dick - his fertile mind most certainly imprinted deeply on the quantum world as he lay unconscious for days, unfortunately dying from a stroke. This play imagines what he was thinking . . .)
