Healing is a lifelong journey—a slow but meaningful process. Welcome to this space of healing. Here, it’s not just about me sharing my experiences, insights, and reflections on love, relationships, and life. It’s also about you—our audience—sharing your stories with me and with one another. Together, we walk this path, supporting and accompanying each other through this journey of growth and connection.
I think, if we’re honest with ourselves, most of us spend our entire lives looking for just one thing.
Not success. Not money. Not even love, at least not the kind that shows up in movies.
We’re looking for someone we can talk to.
Someone who lets us talk.Someone who actually listens.Someone who understands what we’re trying to say.And maybe most importantly—someone who’s willing to listen even when what we’re saying is complete nonsense.
It sounds like a small wish. Almost too simple to be taken seriously. But the older I get, the more I realize how rare it actually is.
Because talking is easy. Being heard is not.

EP84: Are We Living, or Just Managing Our Lives?
Let me start with a few very simple questions.
Do you have to get married?Do you have to have children?Do you have to grow old with one person, side by side, until the very end?
And if you don’t do these things — if your life looks different — does that mean you’ve wasted it?
Today, I want to talk about something that sounds very simple, almost ordinary. But the more I think about it, the more I realize it explains a lot about how life actually works.
I once heard a sentence that really stayed with me. It said:
We make money so that other people don’t get to make things difficult for us.
We read so that we don’t end up making things difficult for ourselves.
And for women in marriage, the most important thing is not protecting the marriage, but protecting your own heart.
