Auctions Auctions Auctions - Episode #8 - Dans on Site
This week we dive into auctions. Real Estate auctions are something everyone hears about but not many people have a great depth of knowledge. Scott Moore joins us to give us his insights from being in commercial real estate and being an auctioneer over the last 22 years. Because we seem to be the place for announcements lately Scott starts the show off with a big announcement!
Why have an auction?
For Commercial Real Estate why an auction instead of traditional marketing?
Are auctions right for Landlords or Lenders who may have equipment after a business goes out of business?
And Scott’s three most interesting auctions stories.
Thank you for all the views and listens over the last several weeks. All across the United States and several countries around the world. We really appreciate it.
