   EP 10: If It's Not A F*ck Yes It's A F*ck No

Send us a text The way that I’ve been approaching every choice in my life, is with the statement: Ifit's not a F*ck Yes it's a F*ck No. Everybody is able to recognize a F*ck Yes. It’s when it’s not a F*ck Yes, people start weighing their options. Shall I do it, shall I not do it, should I go, should I stay, pro’s and con’s. Let’s make this really simple: If it's not a F*ck Yes it's a F*ck No! Support the show Connect with me on Social Media: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/daretobeconsc...

EP 7: When Life Throws Unexpected Things

Send us a Text Message. (https://www.buzzsprout.com/twilio/text_messages/2362189/open_sms) Life can throw you some unexpected things. What came up for me is the story I want to share with you about what happened in my family and with my sister. The sudden death of my brother and finding out my oldest sister had lung cancer - one day after another - I was called to support my sister in her cancer treatment. I ministered to her and performed energetic treatment to keep her body healthy during chemotherapy and radiation. I could see the change coming, I just didn’t know what it would look like…" Support the Show. EP 6: Is Consciousness Difficult Or Are People Just Lazy?

Send us a Text Message. (https://www.buzzsprout.com/twilio/text_messages/2362189/open_sms) Today’s question: Is consciousness difficult or are people just lazy? Now what kind of a question is that? And what do you mean “are people just lazy”. Doesn’t everybody want to be more conscious or have a flow in life where things are easy, no pain, no struggles? It has nothing to do with being lazy, people say. And I say, most people don’t want to be more conscious and it has everything to do with being lazy. Let’s dive in." In this episode, I will offer you the 3 C’s if you dare to be conscious and stop being lazy. The 3 C’s are Commitment, Consistency and Choice: Commitment; are you 100% committed to you? Consistency; are you showing up every day? Choice; just choose, even if you think it’s the wrong choice Support the Show. EP 5: Are You Triggered By ... Your Mother?

Send us a Text Message. (https://www.buzzsprout.com/twilio/text_messages/2362189/open_sms) A mother-child relationship can be very intense and unfortunately not everybody can say they have a good relationship with their parent. This title mentions the mother, but of course this can be said about a father too. There are deep rooted beliefs in society about how to behave towards your mother and father. Like the phrase you hear even in the case you have no contact with one or both of your parents: “Well, whatever happens, she is still your mother… That one could have someone triggered or at least frown to get to some kind of understanding of the meaning of it. We will dive into this and I would like to offer you my point of view about a few different elements, I have experienced, are part of this conversation. Three key points for today: How breaking energetic cords will set you free You not choosing to let go is a choice too What if the trigger is actually a gift? Support the Show. EP 4: Money Consciousness

Send us a Text Message. (https://www.buzzsprout.com/twilio/text_messages/2362189/open_sms) Money Consciousness is going to be today’s topic. Or should I say the many layers of unconsciousness with money? Did you educate yourself about money? And I don’t mean, did you study finance. I mean, are you willing to become fully aware of what money really is and how it functions in the world of consciousness? It’s a tough pill to swallow and for sure we will not be able to cover this in one episode, but let’s scratch the surface, shall we? Let’s dive into some elements, because with the current economy and whatever is showing up in the future, you’d be better off being conscious than unconscious with money. Three key points for today: Know what you don’t know about money Are you willing to be out of control and totally unlineair with money? What’s the point of having money really? EP 3: When Disappointment Turns Out To Be Something Else

Send us a Text Message. (https://www.buzzsprout.com/twilio/text_messages/2362189/open_sms) In today's episode, we will address the topic of disappointment and when disappointment turns out to be something else. When an energy comes up, instead of avoiding it, look it straight in the eye and ask what it wants to reveal. Often, or I would even dare to say every time, when an energy or emotion comes up, it’s not about the first thing that comes up. There is always something underneath the surface. You just have to be willing to see what it is. And how do you get to see what it is? Ask a question. If there is anything you could take away from this episode, what would it be? What would you ask for? My ask would be, that you will walk away knowing: It’s not so scary underneath the surface; it might make you happier When something bad happens, there is always a gift hidden under all that crap What if you can solve anything with just a question? And why do people fear change? We will go over all of this during this episode and at the end I hope you will know what to do with fear, every time it comes up."
