This is a true event that resulted in a criminal case that put a mom on trial for involuntary manslaughter. Her son Ethan Crumbley pulled the trigger in Oxford, Michigan and killed 4 innocent students. The jury reached a verdict yesterday, hear my response to that and where the GCA fits in because a lot of what I said should happen to effectively prevent/deter school shootings is what’s happening in this case. Jennifer Crumbley made history being the first mom put on trial for negligence that resulted in the unnecessary deaths of innocent bystanders. In the coming weeks the dad goes on trial for the same thing.
