So they become an essential witness now that the state of Ohio has developed a widening theory of conspiracy. So he could not possibly be the lawyer for Mr. Moore and simultaneously be a witness. Susan, I want to ask you how rare it is that a cell phone of this magnitude that could play such a role in a murder trial, how is it that investigators, detectives, the state didn't have possession of this cell phone back in 2013, that they don't find out about this cell phone until a courier delivers information to the court in 2026? […]
