Limo 9 - 2022

Schon wieder ein Jahr rum. Immernoch Corona. Stress. Das letzte Jahr war ja nicht so berauschend, daher wollen Kris und ich in dieser Folge unsere Vorhaben und Wünsche euch einmal ansprechen. Dieses Jahr habe ich persönlich mir keine Neujahrspläne gemacht aber mir ein paar Sachen vorgenommen. So auch Kris und wir sind mal wieder in Discord am reden nachdem ich ihm spontan angeschrieben hatte. Also erfreut euch an unseren schlechten Witzen und Planungen. Limo 8 - Stimmungstief?

Nicht jede schlechte oder miese Laune ist gut. Wobei schlechte Laune nie gut ist. In dieser Folge geht es meinem Gast und mir um schlechte Laune, Depressionen, Ängste und Stimmungstiefpunkte. Auch hier nochmal der Reminder, dass wir weder geschult noch andere Lehrgänge gemacht haben. Wir wollen auf das Thema aufmerksam machen und durch Corona und die ganzen Kontaktbeschränkungen, ist es für viele nicht einfach, alleine zu sein. Unsere Episode folgt, wie alle anderen Folgen, keinem roten Faden. Aber bei diesem Thema kommt das nochmal mehr zu Tage, da unsere Gedanken recht wild springen. Bei diesem Thema gilt besondere Aufmerksamkeit und wir bitten euch, es nicht mit Gleichgültigkeit abzutun sondern mit Verständnis aufzuwarten. Wenn du selbst bei dir merkst, dir geht es nicht gut, trau dich und suche dir Hilfe. Es ist kein Grund sich dafür schlecht zu fühlen. Es gehört zu unserer Gesellschaft und es kann geholfen werden. Limo 7 - Gestern, heute und morgen mit Mr. RisKris

Gut ins Jahr reingekommen? Schon die Neujahrspläne über Bord geworfen? Corona stresst uns wohl alle und nervt. Und noch mehr... Mr. RisKris und ich haben uns im Discord zusammengefunden sprachen gerade über etwaige Dinge, warum das nicht gleich in eine neue Folge umsetzen? So reden wir über unsere Pläne, die aktuelle Warnehmung der Leute während Corona und warum in League Of Legends der Spielmodus "URF" immer nur so kurz da ist.
