TAKEN in SECONDS! Her Last Moments Caught On Camera - The Search For Christie Wilson's Body
Christie Wilson was a bright, vivacious 27-year-old with a quick smile and a love for the game of blackjack. On an October night in 2005, she did something completely ordinary: she stopped by the Thunder Valley Casino near Sacramento for a few hours at the tables. Casino regulars knew her. Security cameras watched the whole evening unfold. And at 1:13 in the morning, surveillance footage captured Christie walking out into the dark parking lot alongside a man she'd met that night. It was the last time anyone would ever see her.
Christie was simply gone- no trace, no sign, nothing. In this episode of Darklivity, we trace the full Christie Wilson case: the young woman she was, the night the cameras captured her final steps, and a mother who refused to stop searching for her daughter.

🎨 About Our Set: The set where Darklivity is filmed is a recreation of Kimbyr's bedroom from the 90s when her grandmother Fran introduced her to true crime for the first time while watching the OJ Simpson trial. Sadly Fran passed away in February 2023; the set is a tribute to her and a "thank you" for the curiosity she instilled in Kimbyr as a child. Thanks for being here. We hope you stay.

The Jesse Valencia case happened in Columbia, Missouri. Jesse James Valencia was a bright, charismatic 23-year-old University of Missouri student and former model, openly himself, deeply loved by his family, and dreaming of a future in law.
On a June morning in 2004, students walking across a quiet residential neighborhood came upon a young man lying in the grass. At first they thought he'd simply fallen asleep. He hadn't. It was Jesse — and his death would send shockwaves through the entire community.
As investigators pulled at the threads of Jesse's final weeks, they uncovered a secret he'd reportedly been ready to reveal. But the most stunning twist was still to come. What detectives uncovered would shake their own department to its core.
