Sometimes they would incorporate a lake dip, but really the cold water immersion is less of the feature, less of the main show. Now, when we're talking about contrast therapy, I would say, I would argue that it is, you know, just as much part of the process as is the sauna part. And then thermal bathing, I think that kind of is a more, even a more general umbrella term than the other two. I think we're getting more general as we're kind of talking. Thermal bathing, I think, would incorporate, you know, bathhouses, mineral pools, hot springs, anything else. that is thermal regulating or thermal enhancing. […]
