Meet Erick Rheam, one of the top speakers in the world. Erick served in Bosnia as platoon leader of the Second Military Police Platoon, the Wolfpack Platoon, of the 536th Military Police Company. While on deployment there, he witnessed untold horrors at a World War II level of genocide. Upon his return to the US, he failed his wife, rejected his daughter, threw out his father, and was suspended from work. Through it all, he learned valuable lessons about how to "Rise Above Chaos", which is the title of his book. The Power of Confidence - 100 m Olympic Champion and Former World Record Holder Donovan Bailey

An interview with 2x Olympic Champion and 2x World Record Holder Donovan Bailey! Donovan talks about his amazing Olympics experience and how he overcame a bad start in the 1996 Atlanta Olympics, filtered out the distractions around him, and became the Olympic Champion. His mindset was clearly different from others: "I had to change the mindset, and the attitude of all of those guys, and frankly the entire track team." Donovan was extremely competitive, promising to fight his teammates on the track once if they lost. Although known as a fierce competitor, he was also a great teammate and recalls the times he helped his teammates through difficult circumstances.
