<p>Nach einer Pause bin ich wieder zurück mit der Folge 48. </p><p>Eine "altbekannte" Stimme lädt mich wieder ein zum Gespräch. Mit Marcel Ulrich spreche über den Umgang mit herausforderndem Verhalten, suche mögliche Gründe und Lösungsansätze. Sind die SuS wirklich "schwieriger" geworden? Und inwiefern unterstützt oder hemmt die Unterrichtsstruktur diese Störungen?</p><p>Diese und noch weitere Fragen versuchen wir zu klären. </p><p><br></p>

Folge 47 - Über Sichtbares und Unsichtbares
<p>Rollenwechsel. In der Folge 47 gebe ich die Gesprächsführung ab. Die Gast Hostin Sarah Schranz spricht mit mir über Dinge, die auf den ersten Blick nicht sichtbar sind oder vielleicht etwas länger dauern, bis sie sichtbar werden. </p><p>Über die Geduld und dass es sich lohnt, ehrlich zu reflektieren, sein eigenes Verhalten als Lehrperson zu hinterfragen, um so Dinge sichtbar werden zu lassen.</p>

Folge 46 - Über Rollenwechsel und Entwicklung
<p>Für die Folge 46 bin ich in Altdorf. Ich bin bei Livio Sommer zu Besuch. Er ist jetziger Schulleiter an "meiner" ehemaligen Primarschule. </p><p>Wir sprechen unteranderem über den Wechsel von der Lehrperson zur Schulleitung im eigenen Team und wieso die Schulentwicklung wichtig und deshalb kein "Selbstläufer" ist. </p><p><br></p>
