Im Gespräch wird skizziert, wieso eine solche Strategie wichtig und sinnvoll ist und wie sie umgesetzt werden kann. Dafür hat Gerrit Weitzel jeweils ein Jahr in der Dortmunder Nordstadt, in Bonn-Neu-Tannenbusch und in Berlin-Neukölln gelebt. In der Folge gibt er Einblicke in seine Forschung, vor allem in Neukölln und berichtet auch vom lokalen Protestgeschehen.
