Data in Bedrijf - Retouren: van hoofdpijndossier naar kans
Consumenten hebben online shoppen omarmd. Is een product niet goed? Dan sturen we het met hetzelfde gemak weer retour. Circa één op de tien pakketjes wordt teruggestuurd. Niet erg duurzaam dus. Retourstromen zorgen al jaren voor kopzorgen en inkomstenderving bij verkopers. Hoe kun je de consument helpen een online miskoop te voorkomen en hoe zorg je ervoor dat je retourneren zo duurzaam mogelijk afhandelt en daarbij toch de meeste waarde creëert? Ron Lemmens ging in gesprek over online verkopen, retourkansen en de rol van data met Timo van de Laar, head of business development Benelux bij BuyBay; en Frits van den Bos, innovatiemanager bij GS1 Nederland.
