How To Build Confidence

Confidence is probably the most important trait when it comes to attraction. It’s also one of the few areas of attraction that we can control. You can’t control your height, natural body type, complexion, hair color and texture or any of the other areas that play a role in attraction. The good news is confidence usually outweighs the other areas of attraction that are out of our control. We all know people madly in love with someone that's not usually their “type”. However, the confidence of that person draws them in. In contrast, lack of confidence can make a beautiful person look average. If you don’t think you’re beautiful, most people will end up agreeing with you. I wanted to do an episode about confidence, because it plays a tremendous role in your dating life. I’ve worked with women whose confidence slowly drifted away after she found herself single for a while or had been in a relationship with someone who broke their confidence. The reality is confidence is a learned behavior. Our thoughts are either building confidence or breaking it down. In this episode, Professional Plus Model, Mersy Hogan, shares how she maintains her confidence in the cruel fashion industry. As a confidence coach, she shares tips you can use to build confidence and improve your dating life.
