Juggling Responsibilities
I struggled, and worked like mad to accomplish everything I was trying to do. I put in some serious time and effort, with multiple failures in between. I sacrified my personal happiness for personal success. Let me tell you why that was a bad idea.
It's okay to take things slow, and take a deep breath sometimes. Unfortunately, our obligations have other ideas about what we should do with our time.
In this episode I will be talking about how I juggled being in the military part-time, in full time college, while I worked full time, and also took care of family member who is slightly odd to be around.
You will learn:
The Signs of Burnout
The Signs of Mental Fragility
What people say to themselves when they are overworked
Key Methods on putting your life together and organizing things to juggle things without dropping them.
I hope you get something from this lesson as I talk about psychology, relationships, sociology, a workaholic mentality, veteran problems, and mental illness in some detail.
Thank you for listening!
