A former employee of HP and Ingram Micro in the Market and Business Development sectors, and with a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Business, he is incredibly qualified to answer why customer satisfaction is so important in helping small business grow.&nbsp;</p> <p><br></p> <p>Starting yesloyal in December 2017 with his brother, Hogan, he has created loyalty programs for numerous businesses to create happy customers and improve sales. <p>"I just made sure that if I was passionate, if I believed in it, and if I could see the benefit, I just went ahead and did it."</p> <p><br></p> <p>What makes a successful entrepreneur? 2019 Fairfield City Women's Day Award winner, Le Ho, followed this mantra when starting her many successful businesses. From running &nbsp;bridal shoe stores to taking Capital City Waste Services from the brink of bankruptcy to a $10 million turnover, she was also a 2017 Finalist of the NSW Business Woman of the Year Award. When asked about business advice, she reiterates time and time again to never give up and to rediscover that entrepreneurial spirit that originally captivated you. Happily retired, she continues to spend time educating people on what makes a successful entrepreneur, and the many business tips for success.
