Have you ever gone through a season where you didn't feel like praying, reading your Bible, or spending time with God?

In this episode, we're talking about something many Christians experience but don't often talk about: spiritual dryness. Jesus Said Don't Worry (But Why Is It So Hard?)

Have you ever been so worried about the future that you couldn't fully enjoy the present moment?

In this episode of The Day to Day Podcast, I share a simple moment that turned into a powerful lesson from the Holy Spirit. While working out on the treadmill, I noticed a bird sitting peacefully outside my apartment gym. As I watched it, I was reminded of Jesus' words in Matthew 6: "Look at the birds of the air..."

That moment led me into a deeper study of what Jesus teaches about worry, anxiety, and trusting God one day at a time.

In this episode, we talk about:

• What Matthew 6 teaches about worry
• The deeper meaning of the word "worry" and how it can divide our minds
• Why we're not meant to carry tomorrow's bread today
• How God teaches us to depend on Him one day at a time
• What it looks like to seek God's Kingdom first instead of being consumed by our concerns
• Finding peace through prayer and trust in God

If you've been feeling weighed down by the future, I pray this episode encourages you to release those burdens to God, trust Him with tomorrow, and rest in His presence.

Scriptures Mentioned:
Matthew 6:25-34
Philippians 4:6-7

Connect with me:

IG: day.to.day.pod

TikTok: dadraanais
