<p>Welcome to the podcast where we are going to talk about sleep. Did you wake up well rested this morning? If you haven't, but even if you have, stick around. We will answer many questions, like how many hours we should sleep, how to fall asleep faster, what is good sleeping hygiene, how important are comfort and breathability in a mattress and more. We will speak in simple words and with friendly advice, in a relaxed atmosphere. I am Mel.Be and I have devoted a decade of my life to learning and thinking about sleep, researching sleeping habits, designing mattresses, pillows... I often say that I sleep good and that I have learned that thanks to my partner of this podcast - Dormeo, sleep expert brand and synonym for a good sleep. Our mutual goal is that you hear something new, sleep better, create good sleeping habits, improve overall sleep comfort, spend some time in a good company. Da li ste se jutros probudili odmorni? Ako niste, ali čak i ako jeste, ostanite uz nas. Odgovorićemo na mnoga pitanja, koliko sati treba da spavamo, kako brže zaspati, šta je dobra higijena spavanja, koliko su bitni udobnost i prozracnost kod madraca, i još mnogo toga. Razgovaraćemo jednostavnim riječima i prijateljskim savjetima, u opuštenoj atmosferi. Ja sam Mel.Be i posvetila sam deceniju svog života učenju i razmišljanju o spavanju, istraživanju navika spavanja, dizajniranju madraca, jastuka... Često kažem da ja dobro spavam i da sam to naučila zahvaljujući upravo mom partneru u ovom podcastu - a to je Dormeo, ekspert brand spavanja i sinonim za dobar san.
