This week we discuss everyone's favorite Anne Hathaway sequel, The Princess Diaries 2. Typing that just now it's a joke because to my knowledge, there are no other Anne Hathaway movies with a sequel, and also Julie Andrews too, right? Wow, Gary Marshall really said, let's make the sequel just as special!! Listen to hear our discussions on what language we believe Genovia speaks, and more importantly what country we suppose Genovia gained its independence from, on this very political episode.
We will be back again with Anne Hathaway, and potentially a special guest/friend of the pod next episode with Ella Enchanted.

S1E147 - The Princess Diaries
We are so excited to start our "princess" marathon. Of course, we had to kick off this segment with The Queen of Genovia and Our Hearts! I knew we'd have a lot to say about The Princess Diaries, but just wait until next time!

S1E146 - Under Wraps 2
Y'ALL I'm sorry this episode is so late!! It was Christmas, I (Kelly) was sick, and then I completely forgot I didn't upload this until now. But, to be fair, I'm sure most of you weren't just sitting and waiting for this one, so that's okay.
Sorry it's a short one, BUT luckily, we will be embarking on a princess series next, starting with Princess Diaries.
We'll catch you then!

S1E145 - The Clique
This week we had another special guest and friend of the pod, Annie! She and Elizabeth both read The Clique books growing up, while I had only seen the movie when in middle school. Enjoy a deep dive into what the movie got wrong or right, who Elizabeth believes should've been casted, and more fun facts!
Next episode we'll be back to ANOTHER NEW DCOM, Under Wraps 2. Byeeeeeeee!

S1E144 - Breaking Dawn: Part 2
This week we finish our Twilight Saga with Breaking Dawn: Part 2, featuring friend of the pod Sarah!! Luckily, Sarah reread Breaking Dawn in preparation for the pod, and was able to share some much needed book perspective because my (Kelly) knowledge from reading the books in middle school left us with many questions and uncertainties. We hope you've enjoyed these Twilight episodes, because you know I have!
Next episode we will be back with another childhood favorite book, The Clique. Catch ya then!

S1E143 - Breaking Dawn Part 1
Here we are y'all, the much awaited Breaking Dawn Part 1. Somehow we still ended up starting this episode talking about Taylor Swift, it's a skill, tbh. And to all those wondering, as of now (Tuesday, November 15, 2022) we have no Taylor Swift tickets for the Eras tour :( I (Kelly) waited on Ticketmaster all morning, to finally get in and see there were no tickets left! Love that for us!
Anyway, next episode we will be finishing off the Twilight Saga with Breaking Dawn Part 2, featuring friend of the pod, Sarah! Following that we will be covering the Clique with other friend of the pod, Annie.

S1E141 - New Moon
Here we go y'all, continuing our Twilight series with New Moon. Elizabeth had seen this movie once before as I (Kelly) made her watch it as we celebrated my 23rd birthday. Did I mention nobody likes you when you're 23?
This movie focuses much more on the werewolves and the Quilete tribe. In the podcast we mentioned the harm Stephanie Meyer and Twilight series did for this tribe, and I wanted to link to the article I referenced: https://www.burkemuseum.org/static/truth_vs_twilight/facts-02.html (https://www.burkemuseum.org/static/truth_vs_twilight/facts-02.html)
We'll be back next episode with Eclipse!

S1E140 - Twilight
So sorry for the late upload, we mention it at the beginning of the pod, but the weather was changing, we had colds, and wanted to make sure the colds were in fact colds and not covid. So late episode it is!! Hopefully this was worth the wait because I (Kelly) had A LOT of things to say this time.
JUST WAIT until next episode!! It's going to be a TIME!! Hope you all enjoy, thanks for your patience!
