Kempenzoon Thibault Christiaensen was veertien toen hij voor ’t eerst voet zette op een festivalweide, en het was meteen die van Rock Werchter. Wat hij toen nog niet kon weten, was dat festivals een groot deel van zijn beroep zouden gaan uitmaken: als StuBru-presentator én als frontman van de punkband Equal Idiots. Om de cirkel helemaal rond te maken mocht Christiaensen in 2018 de Rock Werchter-affiche delen met kleppers als Noel Gallagher, Nick Cave en Arctic Monkeys. Maar daar werd bíjna een stokje voor gestoken door … een mug.
