We ontdekken hoe structureel de problemen bij Co-Med zijn. Het bedrijf functioneert als een piramidespel waar overnames zorgen voor de cashflow. Dit leidt niet alleen tot betalingsproblemen, maar ook tot zorgwekkende zorg. We horen van patiënten die daardoor onherstelbare schade oplopen. Zijn lijmbedrijf was niet de succesvolle ondernemening, zoals hij die voorstelde. We stuiten op een spoor van vervalste rapporten, onbetaalde rekeningen, een boekhouding die van geen kant klopt en klanten die opgelicht worden. Zijn voormalig zakenpartners doen er een boekje over open.
