Het is nauwelijks voor te stellen dat het pas tien jaar geleden is dat zangeres Maan het talentenprogramma The Voice of Holland won. Na die overwinning groeide ze uit tot een van de succesvolste artiesten van ons land, met grote hits, prijzen en uitverkochte zalen. Maar achter dat succes schuilt ook de keerzijde van roem. Na een bijzondere show in het Concertgebouw in 2023 besloot ze gas terug te nemen en nieuwe muzikale wegen te verkennen, wat opnieuw veel aandacht trok. Na een periode van reizen en reflectie is ze nu terug. Bij Eus in de stoel kijkt ze terug op haar weg tot nu toe en vertelt ze wat haar heeft gevormd tot de artiest die ze vandaag de dag is.

Acteur Kenneth Herdigein maakte als dokter John in Zeg eens Aaa een onuitwisbare indruk op het Nederlandse publiek. Hij geldt als een van de eerste Nederlandse acteurs van Surinaamse komaf met dragende rollen in grote televisieseries. Zijn jeugd was allesbehalve eenvoudig. De eerste dertien jaar van zijn leven groeide hij op in Suriname, vooral bij zijn moeder – de buitenvrouw van een vooraanstaand politicus. Pas toen een leraar in Nederland zijn talent zag, voelde Kenneth zich voor het eerst echt gezien. Acteren, zegt hij zelf, werd zijn levensredding.
