Vinberget som väcktes ur sin törnrosasömn med Johan Gustafson

Johan Gustafson är kocken som fastnade för vin och återuppväckte Sveriges kanske äldsta vingård på Vinberget i Velamsund i Nacka, med anor tillbaka till 1670. Under träget jobb sedan starten 2020 har han lärt sig mer och mer och hoppas så småningom att helt kunna leva på sin vinproduktion.
