Johanneke was de rode draad van Heimland Festival 2025, en interviewde Tukkers van alle leeftijden over hun leven en hun streek. Die interviews nam ze op, en daar komt ze een aantal fragmenten van laten horen. Bijvoorbeeld van de 7-jarige Arman, die uit Oekraïne is gevlucht. Of met mevrouw Jansen, die dit jaar 100 werd, en Twente door de jaren heen heeft zien veranderen.</p>

<p>In deze aflevering gaat Teun in gesprek met stand-up comedian Arnold Heimer en Nataliya ten Heggeler. Beiden hebben in het Twentse dorpje Hengevelde gewoond. Arnold is er geboren en getogen, en Nataliya is er op latere leeftijd komen wonen toen ze daar de liefde vond. Samen gaan ze in gesprek over wat er gebeurd als je het dorp verlaat, en wat er gebeurt als je als buitenstaander in het dorp komt wonen.</p>
